Christ-centred care for spiritually healthy leadership
Christian leadership is a profound calling, but it is also demanding, isolating, and spiritually costly.
Christian Leadership Care Australia exists to provide confidential, structured, Christ-centred care for senior Christian leaders, before burnout, moral injury, or crisis take hold.
We work externally to churches and institutions, offering trusted space for leaders to speak honestly, be spiritually attended to, and be supported in sustaining faithful leadership over the long haul.
This is not therapy. Not coaching. Not performance management.
It is leadership care, grounded in Christian theology, spiritual formation, and a deep understanding of the pressures leaders carry.

Why leadership care matters
Many leaders do not fall suddenly. They erode slowly. When left unchecked fatigue, unresolved moral tension, spiritual disconnection, and isolation often accumulate quietly until these things surface publicly and painfully. That’s why caring for our Christian leaders is so important. We exist to help leaders deal with these issues before it becomes a problem. This helps leaders thrive, which in turn protects schools, churches and other institutions.
Preventative leadership care:
- Reduces burnout and moral injury
- Supports Spiritual Health
- Helps leaders live with integrity without risking their careers
- Protects churches, schools and organisations from late-stage crises
- Helps leaders thrive in their calling, rather than merely surviving their “jobs”.

Who do we work with?
We work exclusively with Christian leaders.
- Senior Pastors and Associate Pastors
- Bishops, Moderators, and Denominational Leaders
- Christian School Principals and Heads of School
- Senior Executives
- Boards and Institutions seeking preventative care for key leaders.
How engagement works
Churches and institutions engage Christian Leadership Care Australia on an annual retainer, providing their senior leaders with confidential access to leadership care sessions across the year.
Care is always:
- External
- Confidential
- Christ-centred
- Structured but relational
