My doctoral work in spiritual health explores four relationships that matter in the life of a Christian leader. They give us a way to notice where life feels connected and where something has become strained.
Is there room for honest prayer, lament and listening? How are you experiencing God in the middle of the responsibilities you carry?
How are you living out your calling and growing in Christlikeness? We can notice where pressure has drawn you into performance, self-protection or losing touch with who you are.
Who knows how you are really doing? We look at the relationships that sustain you, the ones that are difficult and the boundaries that may need attention.
What room is there for rest, Sabbath and attentiveness to creation? We consider how your surroundings and daily rhythms support or wear down your spiritual health.
