Choosing appropriate support
Start with suitability, then agree the approach.
We start by talking about what has happened and what you need. From there, we agree the approach and pace of the work. The aim is to help you understand your experience and consider a way forward.
Support respects your beliefs and context. Clinical assessment and treatment require appropriately qualified practitioners and a separate professional relationship. Referral is discussed where your needs fall outside this service.
Pastoral Narrative Disclosure (PND)
PND offers a structured way to work through difficult leadership experiences. I tailor the work to your context, values and beliefs. For Christian leaders, this can include faith, calling and theological reflection.

Reflective support
The approach, session number and fee are agreed after discussing suitability. There is no commitment before you receive a proposal.
PND support
The PND engagement runs over 6 to 8 weeks and costs $2,500 excluding GST. We talk through what you need, whether the approach is a good fit and how we will work together before you commit.
